History

We moved to Asheville in 2016 from NYC.

We loved our time there, but we wanted to start a family, slow down, and enjoy some nature.

We started our PT business this same year with the intention with being able to give patients the proper care while also giving us flexibility.

Gaelyn was able to grow the business and have a steady stream of satisfied clients, while also having the flexibility to take care of the kids when they were young.

Aaron was working in a corporate PT job for 8 years. It was a great experience for him, but seeing 60 patients a week, having treatment dictated by insurance, and being constrained by corporate policy eventually became too much.

In 2025 Aaron decided to leave the corporate practice and help Gaelyn grow the business. This way they could have full autonomy to give patients the energy and care that they deserve.
